Day 4- A habit that you wish you didn’t have...

I have a lot of these...I'll make a list!

  • Peeling off my nailpolish...I take so much time painting them, but I'll just get distracted and start picking at it.
  • Worrying or stressing about everything...I do it constantly. I need to learn to just chill.
  • Cutting myself down...I don't know why I do it so much...low self-esteem, I guess?
  • Unnecessarily saying "like" too much...I use it in nearly every sentence while speaking. It needs to stop!
  • Procrastinating, or just not doing it at all...I put stuff off waaay too much. Sometimes, I end up just not doing it at all.
  • Talking way too loud...
  • Repeating myself...I'll say something and think no one heard me, so I'll say it again. Either that, or I'll forget I already told someone something...
I guess that's all for now...

Bye!

Day 3- A picture of you and your friends...

 This post was late...apologies.

So this picture was from the 8th grade dance. (Last year...) I'm the one in the red dress on the end.

These girls are basically my life. They're all gorgeous and are some of the loveliest people I know. I don't know what I'd do without them.

There are more people who are basically my life...they just aren't in this picture. If you are one of these people, don't fret, you're still super-duper special. :)

Goodmorning & Goodnight

So, I found this site because of stumbleupon.com...

http://www.goodmorningandgoodnight.com/

It's a site full of quotes and neat pictures.

I think it's cool.

The above pictures are some of my favorites I found there.

“Dare to look foolish. The real fools are those who never attempt anything. Dare to make mistakes. They are the best teachers you will ever know. Dare to take action. There’s a risk you may fail. Yet if you take no action failure is a certainty. Dare to be fully alive. Dare to speak your mind. Dare to enjoy the beauty of the world. Dare to make a difference. Dare to love. Dare to be the person you know you can be. Dare to expect the best, with your words and actions. You’ll usually get it. Dare to do what is right rather than what is convenient or expedient. It will truly make a difference in the way you see yourself, and the way others see you. You’re here, with this magnificent day available to you. Dare to make it the best you can.”

“One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon – instead of enjoying the roses blooming outside our windows today.” ~Dale Carnegie

“Holding anger is a poison; it eats you from inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade and the harm we do, we do to ourselves.”

...and those were some of my favorite quotes I found via that site.
That's all for now...
Bye.

Day 2- The meaning behind your website name...

Basically, I'm really bad at coming up with titles for things.

It's pretty generic, I know...

But I figured "thoughts, feelings, and photographs" would be an appropriate name because I basically created this blog to vent. Writing things where other people can see them seems to help better than just writing them in a notebook. So, that's where the thoughts and the feelings parts come in.

Now for the photographs...

I take a lot of them...of like...everything. My life from about November 2009 to now is pretty much documented in photographs.

So that pretty much sums it up...

That is all. Bye.

Day 1- A recent picture of you and 15 interesting facts about yourself...

Anyways...First of all, I like this picture, and I don't know why. It's not even that good of a picture of me. I just look so happy, I dunno.

Now for the facts...
1. My passion is Relient K. Like, no joke.
2. I love old movies. Especially Hitchcock or Audrey Hepburn films.
3. Navy blue is my favorite color.
4. Chicago is my absolute favorite place.
5. I actually like politics.
6. I have a very short attention span...I can't pay attention to one thing for very long. Maybe that's why I'm such an awful blogger...I try to write something, but get sidetracked...
7. Choir camp 2010 turned me into a RENT junkie, however, it is not my favorite movie. "Vertigo" or "Ratatouille" is.
8. I really like sweaters and tacky glittery nailpolish.
9. I love museums.
10. I have an obsession for Facebook Quoting my friends and family. They say some pretty interesting things sometimes.
11. I stay up way too late, like...all the time. I don't even remember the last time I was asleep by 11 PM.
12. I really love walks, but I hate walking by myself. I just feel so lonely and awkward when I do...Haha.
13. I really like antique/vintage things.
14. I really, really like history. Always have, and I probably always will.
15. I love art. I used to draw/paint all the time, but I haven't drawn or painted much lately. I'm not very good, but hey, I don't care. (I really wish I was still in art lessons...I hope once band is over...)

Well, I could write so much more...but it only said 15 facts, so this is where I stop...

30 Day Challenge...

So, my dear friend Mia just finished this...

I'm usually too busy or lazy to come up with something to write...

Either that, or...I think it's stupid, so I don't post it.

Anyways...I guess this gives me something to write about.

"Clinging to the remnants of perfection like most do after they break it..."

My boyfriend broke up with me on Tuesday...

To make matters worse, it was in an insensitive way.

I thought I was over it...until today.

I saw him everywhere.

I thought about him nearly every moment.

I was in tears too many times to count.

And I nearly cried at least twice.

My only desire is to lock myself in my room and cry myself to sleep.

Why does life have to suck so much?

I hate this year. So much.

I need the weekend. Now.

I have no idea how I'm going to survive tomorrow.

I feel like complete and utter crap.

All I can do right now is just listen to multiple depressing Relient K songs. Usually, I feel better after a couple songs or so...but they aren't working.

Apologies, my life is hectic...

AGH! Finally! Some free time.

I've been so very busy this past...week or two? Heck, I don't even remember. Wednesdays are definitely the worst. I get home at about 9 PM or so because I have school, then tennis, then band. What's terrible about that is I go to school at 7 AM.

Anyways, this post is two days late. It's about Thursday. I'll post more recent junk later.

Photo 1: My planner from school. Homework is in blue, tests/quizzes are in red. I think it pretty much explains itself.
Photo 2: My new camera case. I got it from Target. It's designed by this company called Poketo. I love it! It's just so cute and unique.
Photo 3: Apologies for the emo teenage girlness of this picture. I had like...two seconds to take it, then I had to get back to my studying. Ugh. Anyways, The shirt is from Hollister. I wore it with a white American Eagle skirt. It was really cute. I only wish that I would've worn it with a white tank top instead of gray...
Photo 4: One of my notebooks from school. I got it at Target. I like how it looks kinda vintagy.

Meh. I have no energy to write at the moment...By the way, it's Monday. So I have some days to catch up on...

I'll post later.

Goodbye.
